Education Assistant Job Responsibilities

Student Administration | * Support enrollment, progression, and completion * Manage student data and registration |
Documentation & Information Management | * Update annual documentation (modules & regulations) * Ensure up-to-date information in university systems |
Teaching Materials | * Input and distribute teaching materials to staff and students |
Assessment | * Collect and track assessment materials * Transcribe or upload marks * Assist with organization and setup of assessments and examinations |
Student Support | * Support allocation and monitoring of personal tutors * Assist with student attendance monitoring * Assist with student placements and record-keeping |
Scheduling & Research | * Collate timetable requirements and liaise with academic staff * Support allocation of research projects |
Meetings & Evaluations | * Act as secretary for designated meetings * Set up student evaluation systems |
Other Duties | * Perform other duties within the scope of the position (flexible hours & occasional weekend work) |
